Producing process

We have many professional staffs and employees which have an experience in garment factory with modern equipment. Also we can do patterning, designing, printing, and taking control all the garment products and competitiveness.

Pattern Processing :

Firstly we make some patterns for them. The pattern is depend on the sample details such as style, motif, fabric material, and color from our costumer.

Sample Processing :

After we made the pattern , we start to process the sampling and used the following pattern that already done.

Sewing Process :

After we finished to cut the sample, our tailor start to sewing the material

After the costumer agreed with the semple we have showed them, than
we make an agreement about the price, quantity, size, payment, period of production.

Fabrics Cutting Processing :

When the sample process has done, now we go to cut the fabric material, to follow the pattern of the sample

Checking Process :

Our checker will going to check all the production mass, before they're put the buttons, thrashes, and more accesories of the garment.

Production Mass Processing :

After the sewing process, and the customer agree with the sample that we have made, we are going to mass the garment. About the quantity, it depends on our customer order.

Finishing Process :

Before packing all the garment, for the last process our checker will put the buttons, thrashes and more accesories of garment, also made completely that

Packaging Process :

After all of the garment product finished to iron, we're going to put them in plastics and send it to cargo for our customer destination.
