To meet the new health and safety challenges, we are focusing on enhanced hotel cleaning practice, social interactions and workplace protocols. Therefore, we seek to adopt the new hotel norms by implementing very minimum contact with guests.

OUR CHECK-IN PROCESS WILL BE SIMPLER AND EASIER
- 1. Kindly ensure you do online check-in from your hom
- 2. Please fill out our registration form on required data information correctly.
- 3. Read the terms and conditions of our hotel regulation and then give your sign.
- 4. Upon arrival at hotel, just collect the key from Reception.
- 5. Bellboy will escort our valued guests to the room.

RESTAURANT
STAY AT HOTEL TO ENJOY YOUR DAILY MEALS
- 1. Tonys Villas & Resort has two restaurants, namely Dong Oman Restaurant and Buddha’s Kitchen Restaurant.
- 2. Dong Oman Restaurant serves an Authentic Balinese Cuisine.
- 3. Dong Oman Restaurant opens from 07:00 until 23:00 serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The last order can be received at 22:30.
- 4. Breakfast served at Dong Oman Restaurant starting from 07:00 until 11:00.
- 5. For room service at Dong Oman Restaurant, just dial number “55”
- 6. Buddha’s Kitchen Restaurant serves an Asian Fusion cuisine.
- 7. Buddha’s Kitchen Restaurant serves Lunch and Dinner. Room service is also available and last order can be received at 22:30.
- 8. For room service at Buddha’s Kitchen Restaurant, just dial number “1244”
ROOM SERVICE

- 1. Wearing a mask is compulsory for waiter/waitress.
- 2. Our waiter/waitress delivers the order until in front of the room only.
- 3. Sign any bills with your own pen.
- 4. Put the money on tray for any cash payment.
DELIVERIES
STAY AT OUR HOTEL TO ENJOY YOUR VACATION
- 1. Wearing a mask is compulsory for delivery person.
- 2. The delivery person can only waiting at designated place instead of entering the premises.
- 3. We provide an outside drop-off area for outside delivery person (avoid direct contact with the delivery person).
- 4. Remove and discard the overpacks in the dedicated areas outside the hotel.
- 5. Disinfect the products with disinfectant before entering the hotel area.
- 6. Sign any bills with your own pen.
POOLS
- 1. Tonys Villas & Resort has three main pools, namely Main Pool, Square Pool and Buddha’s Pool.
- 2. The operational hours of our main pool starts from 07:00 until 19:30.
- 3. We have Sunken Pool Bar in Main Pool and it opens from 11:00 until 18:00.
ROOM
- 1. Your room will be prepared and maintained as new standard of Health, Cleanliness and Safety Procedure.
- 2. For the guest rooms:
- a. We clean them up individually (only one person per room)
- b. One after the other to avoid cross-contamination (clean room = forbidden to return).
- 3. All common high touch items are disinfected again prior to guest arrival:
- a. TV Remote Control.
- b. Telephone buttons and mouth piece.
- c. Water taps.
- d. Mini bar handle.
- e. Door/window handles and knobs.
- f. Light control panel and switches.
- g. Table and chairs.
- h. Bathroom surfaces.
- i. Coffee- and tea-making facilities.
- j. Safe deposit box and et cetera.
- 4. Only room attendant has responsibility for entering the room to clean it up and other than them are forbidden.
- 5. Amenities will be setup on request only.
- 6. Mini bar setup is currently unavailable in the room.
- 7. We will throw away individual welcome products and amenities, even unused ones.
- 8. There is no turn down service during stay due to maintaining guest room safe and sterile.
CHECK-OUT PROCESS
OUR CHECK-OUT PROCESS WILL BE SMOOTHER
- 1. Front desk staff will send your outstanding bill one day before departure time.
- 2. Guests could settle the payment by online (payment gate away) or using contactless EDC machine.
- 3. On the day of check-out, just check your final confirmation.
- 4. Guests have to return the room key.
- 5. Have a pleasant journey!
